Anthropolis Industrial Design Studio provides services to incorporate degrowth into public discussions, create effective policies for its adoption, and develop new metrics to accurately assess the social and environmental impacts of economic activities. Our design approach is multidisciplinary, with an emphasis on anthropology and biomimetics. In combination with the history of human settlements, the objective is to observe nature's 3.8 billion years of R&D for the development of products and services that operate within natural laws and are equitable to all life. The goal is to create sustainable industrial practices through an understanding of true human needs, environmental and ecological limits, and avoid insidious false needs and planned obsolescence.
We provide lasting homes, shelters, and communities that blend effortlessly with the environment. Our prefabricated modular buildings are crafted using a process that is more akin to automotive manufacturing than conventional construction. Employing an industrial design approach, we incorporate advanced 3D printing and living roof technology to produce building components with endless configuration possibilities.
Anthropolis has no political affiliation but is a response to a higher authority than all human-centric institutions. Our trust is in nature for developing sustainable solutions for human conduct. At its core, the Anthropolis mission is the establishment of a universal culture for those interested in a sustainable alternative, which we are confident will lead by example. We have no interest in contributing to or participating in culture warfare, as it is counterproductive to our mission.
With an eclectic method, we identify universal anthropological needs for the creation of products, services, and environments. Without allegiance to any specific class, country, or creed, we embraces and combine cultural elements that honor the eco directive—our true authority deserving of both trust and faith.
